NOC Proposals

This repository contains the official proposals and problem statements for the NOC platform.
It is maintained by the NOC core team as a formal mechanism to document the platform’s evolution, guide development, and foster collaboration.

📘 NOC NEPs

NOC NEPs (NOC Enhancement Proposals) are design documents that describe proposed improvements to NOC.
Each NEP outlines a new feature, process, architectural change, or standard, and is meant to be discussed, reviewed, and potentially accepted by the community and core developers.

🛠 NOC NPS

NOC NPS (NOC Problem Statements) are documents that formally describe known limitations, issues, or challenges within the NOC platform.
Each NPS defines a problem that may require future attention, encourages discussion, and can serve as a foundation for future NEPs proposing solutions.

👥 Core Team

The NOC core team is responsible for the governance, stewardship, and long-term direction of the platform. The team maintains this repository, reviews proposals, and facilitates consensus on important changes. Team membership is defined in NEP-0002 (NOC Governance).

🎯 Purpose

This repository serves as an instrument of the NOC core team to:

• Document existing problems to be solved
• Record key architectural and design decisions
• Improve communication across the development team
• Create a transparent and persistent history of the platform’s evolution
